Support without oversharing
How can we help?
Get help with purchases, local data, privacy, app behavior, or a bug. Please leave private conflict details out of support messages.
Use a safer path when needed
Do not use a joint ritual when there is fear, coercion, stalking, threats, or physical violence. Move toward safety and contact local emergency services, a trusted person, or specialist support.
After the Argument is not emergency response, therapy, diagnosis, abuse assessment, or crisis support.
What to include in a support email
- Your iPhone model, iOS version, and app version.
- What screen you were on and what you expected to happen.
- The exact error message, if one appeared.
- Whether the issue concerns purchase, restore, trial, renewal, or app behavior.
- A screenshot only if it does not reveal private repair content.
Do not send feelings, needs, partner names, conflict topics, private reflections, or safety details unless you deliberately decide they are necessary.
Purchases and subscriptions
A purchase completed, but Plus is still locked.
Open the app, go to Settings, and choose Restore Purchases while signed into the Apple Account used for the purchase. If access remains locked, email support with the product name and approximate purchase time. Do not send full payment details.
How do I cancel or manage a subscription?
Open iPhone Settings, tap your Apple Account name, choose Subscriptions, then select After the Argument. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Why is the yearly trial not shown?
Apple determines introductory-offer eligibility. The purchase sheet shows the trial only when your Apple Account is eligible. The final price and renewal date are always shown before confirmation.
Can Tepesoft issue an App Store refund?
Apple processes App Store payments and refund requests. Use Apple's purchase-support process for a refund decision.
Privacy and local data
Where are repair answers stored?
On your iPhone in protected local app storage. Tepesoft does not receive your repair history, topics, feelings, needs, ownership, wishes, or next-time plans.
How do I delete all repair data?
Open Settings inside the app, choose Delete all repair data, and confirm. This cannot be undone. Your Apple subscription is not affected.
Will my repair history appear on a new iPhone?
Version 1 does not provide a Tepesoft account or cloud-sync service. Plus access can be restored through Apple, but local repair history may not transfer.
Does the app record or analyze our conversation?
No. The app does not record audio, upload messages, or send your disagreement to an AI. It guides structured selections stored on the device.
What is included in a share card?
Default cards show a privacy-safe progress or milestone message. They omit names, partner identity, dates, topics, feelings, needs, and private reflections. You preview the card before sharing.
Using the ritual
Do both people need the app?
No. Together mode uses one phone. A privacy curtain separates each person's reflection. Solo mode helps one person prepare a repair attempt without a partner present.
What if one person is still too activated?
Use the cool-down step and activation check. If either person is still overwhelmed, take a longer break and return only when both people can participate freely. The app gives practical break guidance but cannot decide readiness for you.
What if a joint ritual feels unsafe?
Stop. Do not pass the phone or reveal answers. Move toward safety and contact local emergency services, a trusted person, or specialist support.
Why does the app track recovery time?
Argument count alone can be misleading. Recovery time adds another view: how long it took before connection felt close to normal again. It is a reflection tool, not a clinical score.
Still need help?
Email Tepesoft with the smallest amount of information needed to explain the issue.
